Ingredients

100g plain flour
300ml milk
3 eggs
Oil
Bacon rashers
Grated cheese

Why did Lorna make this dish?

I'm getting in some practise before pancake day.

How to make Bacon and cheese pancakes

Put the flour in a jug, add the eggs and beat with a whisk.
Slowly add half the milk, still whisking.
Leave it to rest for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the milk, and whisk until its smooth.
Heat some oil in the frying pan, cut up 2 bacon rashers and fry them until crispy.
Add enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan and fry on a really high heat until the bottom is cooked.
Turn it over and grate some cheese onto the top. Fry for another minute or so then fold in half and take it out onto a plate.
Repeat cooking until everyone has one.
