Ingredients

400g lean been mince
2 brown onions
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1-2 tsp hot chilli powder (depending on taste)
450ml beef stock
400g tinned tomatoes
400g red kidney beans (Drained)
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp caster sugar
3 tbsp tomato puree

Enjoyed cooking independently and wanted to try something new.

How to make Chilli Con Carne

1. Cook meat and onions in a frying pan until brown.

2. Add the chopped/crushed garlic and dried spices and mix well, cook for a minute or two.

3. Add the flour & mix well

4. Slowly add the stock and stir well.

5. Add the tomatoes and beans puree and salt & pepper.. Mix well

6. Bring to boil, then simmer until thick - about 30-45 minutes

7. Serve with boiled rice - Delicious
