Ingredients

400g linguine
3 tablespoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium hot chilli chopped and seeded
12 cherry tomatoes
White and brown crab meat from 500gr crab
4 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt /pepper
5 asparagus spears
200gram bag of cooked prawns

Why did Harrison make this dish?

I wanted to try crab and really enjoy pasta.

How to make Harrison’s prawn and crab linguine

Cook off linguine as packet instructions once cooked run under cold water and strain
Fry off the garlic and chilli
Add tomatoes and chopped asparagus
Add the white and brown crab meat and prawns
Sprinkle with parsley
Add the linguine and stir until warm
Serve with parsley on top
