How to make Omelette
I sliced up the onion and tomato and cut the ham up into small chunks, then whisked together 3 eggs in a jug.
I heated some oil in a frying pan and added the eggs, then when it was still slightly runny on top of the omelette, I added all the other ingredients then folded The omelette in half, cooked for another minute, then served it onto a plate
