Ingredients

1 pork loin chop per person
For the couscous:
50g couscous per person
50 ml boiling water per person
2 tblspn olive oil
2 tblsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 stick celery finely chopped
1 pepper finely chopped
1 avocado chopped
4 inch piece of cucumber chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
Crumbled feta cheese

How to make Pan fried pork with couscous

Cook chops in pan until browned and cooked through.
While the chops are cooking stir the boiling water into the couscous. Stir well and fluff with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients to the couscous and stir thoroughly.
Serve with rocket and radishes.
