Ingredients

300g beef mince
2 onions
Mixed herbs
1 tin tomatoes
Beef stock cube
Water
Tomato purée
150g quorn mince

Why did Lorna make this dish?

I love it.

How to make Pasta bolognaise

Fry the mince in a hot dry pan until it is browned evenly.
Add the chopped onion and herbs and fry.
Add the tinned tomato, some water and a stock cube, cook for 10 minutes.
Add the quorn mince and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve with cooked pasta and some veg.
