Half a large watermelon
1 pitta bread
1 halloumi cheese
A handful of mint

I made this dish because it is creative.
How to make Watermelon and Halloumi Salad with Pitta Chips
Preheat oven: gas mark 6
1.Cook the beans in a pot full of boiling water for a few minuets.
2.Slice up the pitta bread in pieces then put on a baking tray and drizzle on olive oil and season with salt then put in the oven for 5-10 minuets until brown.
3.Fry the halloumi in a hot pan with oil in until it turns slightly yellow/light brown.
4.Chop up the watermelon into small chunks put into a bowl and add finely chopped mint and stir.
