Beef Stirfry

Ingredients

Ingredients for one person
215g beef fillet
12g coconut oil
8ml sesame oil
75g of chestnut mushrooms - timmed and quartered
60g of mixed pepper
80g mange tout
55g spring onion
bit of ginger (big as your thumb)
1 red chilli seed out and chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
Soya sauce to taste
Oyster sauce to taste
Rice vinegar to taste

Why did Harrison make this dish?

It's spicy and very tasty.

How to make Beef Stirfry

Stirfry:
Slice mushrooms, thinly slice the peppers, mange tout left whole, dice spring onions.
In a pan add the sesame oil and conconut oil make sure it is hot and add the beef.
After 3/4 minutes it should get brown and crispy
Add all the vegetables with the ginger, chilli and garlic
Add a splash of water and cook for another 2 minutes
In the last 30sec of cooking add soy sauce, oyster sauce and vinegar and serve.
