2 Slices of Bread (mine were small slices so I used more)
Margarine (to fry)
I added a few mushrooms to go with it

We wanted to use up some food in the fridge and fancied something easy and different.
How to make Easy Eggy Bread
Crack to eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add salt & pepper to taste
Pour into a dish
Cut bread into pieces (sometimes I use shaped cutters)
Place bread into the mixture to soak it up - turn over so both sides are covered
Add a spoonful of margarine (or light olive oil) into a frying pan and heat
Ask a grown up to carefully add the bread into the pan
Fry for a few minutes and turn over. The bread should be browned
Cook for another few minutes and serve on a plate
