Mix together flour, grated parmesan and chopped herbs.
Add beaten eggs and oil. Mix together.
Whisk in 300 ml milk to make a batter.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Add puddles of batter. When bubbles start appearing on the top of the pancakes turn them over to brown on the other side. Remove from pan and keep warm until all the pancakes are cooked and ready to eat.
Serve with butter, brie and tomatoes.
