Homemade Meat Feast Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza base:
12 oz bread flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
7 fl oz warm water
1 tblspn oil
Toppings:
1 carton tomato passata
Chopped onion, ham, black olives, mushroom, chicken, pepper, tomato
Cooked minced beef
Sweetcorn
Mozzarella cheese grated

How to make Homemade Meat Feast Pizza

Pizza dough:
Mix together flour, salt and yeast.
Add oil to warm water and stir into flour mix.
Knead to form dough.
Cover with damp tea towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 mins.
Knead again and stretch the dough to fit baking tray.

Topping:
Spread tomato passata evenly over dough.
Add toppings.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Bake at 200°C,gas mark 7 for 25 mins until cooked through and golden brown on top.
Serve with salad.
