Baked ham

Ingredients

Large piece of ham
apricot jam
mustard

Why did Lydia make this dish?

We are taking it to my auntie's house for christmas

How to make Baked ham

Soak the ham for 24 hours changing the water twice
Put in a large pot, cover with water and simmer for 30mins per 450g
Once boiled remove top layer of fat and score bottom later. brush with melted apricot jam mixed with mustard. Roast for 30-60 mins until the outside is brown and sticky
