Ingredients

2 smoked mackerel fillets
2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Teaspoon of horseradish (optional)

Why did Olivia make this dish?

It is great with bread sticks as a delicious snack when I get in from school

How to make Smoked mackerel pate

1. Flake the smoked mackerel off the skin.
2. Add to other ingredients and place together in a food processor.
3. Whizz until you have a consistency of thick mayonnaise.
4. Serve with bread sticks or plain crisps!
