Springtime is a good time to feel good.  It means that summer is coming, which is way better than the Game of Thrones motto. Our weather apps are beginning to show full-blast sunshines that don’t just poke out from behind clouds. And lunch breaks are starting to involve actually being outside.

At LEON we have always believed that feeling good should taste good, too. We worked out some time ago that it’s much easier to be happy when you’re free to enjoy eating. So we have been in the kitchen, creating dishes that are full of flavour, foodiness, and joy. Food that you will love eating, and that will make you feel good afterwards too.


We’ve smashed our avocado to go in our breakfast Avocado & Halloumi Muffin, so you can get the good fats you need when you rise and dine.

We’ve created a protein-plenty Hey Pesto Chicken Salad of shredded chicken, Greek-style cheese and our own-made pesto of fresh basil, tomato and parmesan, to help you feel power-full.

We’ve made a Smoked Salmon & Egg Salad on a bed of broccoli, avocado, cucumber, peas & quinoa, using sugar-free cured, hand-reared Scottish smoked salmon from the oldest independent farm of the highlands. So you can feel in tune with the planet.

We’ve invented The Mack Wrap. Smoked mackerel, shredded slaw, spiralised vegetables, tarragon mayo and freshly chopped mint, to feed your brain with goodness.

We’ve knocked up a Sunshine Salad Pot of fresh, spinach, mushroom, sweet potato, carrot, daikon and shredded cabbage in a sesame & tamari dressing, for you to make sure you’re living life on the veg.

And we’ve brought back our seasonal Lamb & Rhubarb Khoresh, a Middle Eastern stew of British lamb shoulder, springtime rhubarb, chickpeas, spinach and freshly chopped coriander. So you can have some warming goodness when the April showers hit.
