When we process your order and check your card details and your address, we’ll take payment from your card. Goods are subject to availability. If we can’t supply them immediately, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
We’ll send you an order acknowledgement to the email address you give us.
Products are priced in GBP sterling, include VAT but don’t include delivery fees. For delivery costs, please see below. We reserved the right to update prices and descriptions on the website from time to time.
We try to make sure the prices and details on the website are accurate but we’re all human and we may make mistakes. If we do, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and you can choose to go ahead with the order or cancel it. If we can’t get hold of you, we’ll cancel the order.
You can pay for Leon products online with most major credit and debit cards using our secure online checkout.
All Leon products are delivered by Registered Delivery. Delivery will take 3-5 working days and cost £6.95 for orders up to £75. Orders over £75 we deliver free of charge. Gift Cards & Vouchers are sent by Recorded Delivery costing £2.75. We deliver to UK mainland (inc. Ireland) & Islands. We shall need details of your telephone contact number for delivery too.
When no one is available to accept an item, we shall try to deliver your Leon products to a neighbour or a local Post Office where they will be held for 16 days. We’ll leave a card to tell you we’ve tried to deliver the parcel and where it can be collected from.
If you want to cancel your Leon order, contact the Leon Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we receive notice of your cancellation before dispatching the order, we’ll cancel it and won’t debit your card. If you order has already been dispatched, you can return the order to us as detailed below.
Returns should be sent to us within 28 days of you receiving them in original, complete and undamaged packaging. If they aren’t, we may be unable to give you a refund.
Postage incurred by returning the item to us will not be refunded nor will the cost of the original delivery unless in the case of damaged or faulty goods or products mistakenly shipped.

We’d suggest using a registered postal service and keeping the proof of purchase in case we don’t receive the products. We’re not responsible for returned goods getting lost or damaged in transit so wrap them up carefully.
Exchanges will be sent to you as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the returns back at the Leon Shop subject to them being in a resaleable condition. Refunds should be in your account within 7 working days, credited to the card used for the purchase. We’ll send you an email confirmation of your refund.

Once activated a gift card can be used as full or part payment for goods in any participating LEON Restaurant. The minimum amount required to activate the LEON Gift card is £5.
No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases.
You can check your balance at the till in any LEON Restaurant.
Please treat the card as if it were cash. As we do not hold any personal information about a gift card customer, the balance cannot be returned to you if it is lost or stolen.
The card is not redeemable for cash, neither is it a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.
This card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be deducted.
LEON Restaurants Ltd. reserves the right to amend or waive these terms and conditions, or terminate this scheme on reasonable notice. Such amendments will be notified in advance via in-store displays and the website.
