1x 7g sachet of dried yeast
1/2 tablespoon golden caster sugar
400g strong white bread flour
100g fine ground semolina flour
1/2 level tablespoon fine sea salt

Why did Kenny make this dish?

I made this dish because I love Pizza and i decided to put 4 of my favorite ingredients together to make on delicious homemade pizza.

How to make Make Your Own Pizza

Start by adding the yeast and sugar to 325ml lukewarm water, mix it with a fork and leave for a few minutes until it's starting to bubble.
Add the flours and salt to a large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. pour the yeast mixture into the well and use a fork to gradually bring in the flour from the outside. When the dough starts to come together, flour your hands and a clean work surface and tip out the dough. Knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and springy.
Lightly oil the bowl pop the dough back in and dust the top with flour. Cover with a clean damp tea towel then leave in a warm place for 45 minutes, until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/gas 7. Divide the dough into 4 balls. Flour and cover each ball with cling film then leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the first piece of dough on a flour-dusted surface until about 1/2cm thick. Lightly dust the pizza stone with flour the transfer the base onto it. Add your toppings. Cook in the hot oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy, then repeat with the second, third and fourth pieces of dough.
